Pro mode video recording is missing on Android Pie for the Galaxy S8

i update into pie like 2 weeks ago, i still have the feature and i have a friend who have a S8 he still have it as well

use voice control in pro mode for video recording also ui is not iphone like this camera ui is inspired from stock android pixel ui. oppo vivo uses iphone ui

There was a dedicated button to launch video recording in Pro Mode, Even there were so many filters in Pro mode like Vivid, Retro, Soft etc. All these functions are missing in Pie Update. On those filters we can also record videos with various settings of Pro Mode.
Now we can capture only photos in Pro Mode.

The video recording option in every mode were present in Android Oreo.
