Private mode doesn't work

I turned on private mode on my S6 and it says failed to turn on private mode. I used fingerprint and pin but it doesn't open.

aftar 7.0 update rest your phone then work private mode

i have 7.0 and private mode worked.
It stopped turning on out of nowhere

u might have updated to Nougat while private mode ON...factory reset ur phone...it will work again...any data u had put in private mode will get wiped...
