Preferred SIM option will be shown only if you have an activated eSIM.
S24+ has a physical SIM slot and an eSIM for India versions.

I already activated an esim & a physical sim. But not show preferred Sims option

1st sim does not show number though screenshot shows 2 networks. Is your physical SIM able to receive send calls and SMSs

If this is not bothering you leave it or insert a different SIM of another number. See if it gives prefered SIM option. If it gives then your existing SIM need a replacement.
