I received this phone today and the phone power button is loose abit..u can slightly press it without the button performing its function..can i get a replacement..and how should i do it

I'm also facing the same problem, i brought s20 fe 5g in october the power button is wobbling , Don't know what to do , is it comes under warranty or have to pay separately? Still my EMI is going on ...

Dont worry abt it brother..itz normal for most of the samsung fons..press and lock mechanism is used for that button..that is why it is loose

One side of the power key is goes up in both the sides , some times it goes neutral as wellIMG-20230318-WA0001_1000025062_1679144693.jpg

This is normal for almost all the premium phones..dont worry over it ..one thing u can try to pluck it out and then press it inside hard if the lock system is fine then it will fit in..otherwise u ll have to replace it ..to make the phone waterproof they have done this i think..anyway this is very normal dont worry about it ..if its under warranty just take it to the servi e centre and tell them about this..if they r good they ll fix it for free..

Basically this is actually there quality issue..which is very common..it is better u take it to the service centre..rather than trying to self fix it..warranty is on right..
