I want to post pictures that I will snap around and everywhere I go.

Kindly tap on Community in the bottom centre> Tap the blue circle with pen and paper sign> Add the title of the picture you wish to add> Tap below the title where you are required to "share tips and information, post products reviews..."> a line above the keyboard with option and symbols will appear> Tap the + sign and choose the preferred option to complete your posts.

I am using S9, got no pen!.

Apologies for the misunderstanding, however, you do not need to use a pen but tap on the blue circle with an icon illustrating a pen and a paper to start your post.
