Portrait mode using telephoto lens

Does anyone knows why Samsung doesn't use 3x telephoto lens for portait shots in S20 FE? portrait shots will be far better with telephoto lens.

I think they want to keep some features explicit for their S and Note series.

There is currently no Samsung phone in which you can use telephoto lens to take portrait not even their flagship series. What Samsung's flagship series use main camera zoom in and then take portraits

S21ultra use 3x telephoto lens to take portrait

many other brands which use telephoto have this feature. don't know why Samsung disabled  this for s20fe  models which has telephoto lens. Also directors view camera feature is not included in ui3.1 update in s20fe but available in s21.
