Poor after service for not providing coupon code for free wireless charger.

Dear admin,
As you suggested I mailed complete details of my purchase regarding pre-booking S8 plus to support.india@samsung.com.
Since 5th May I have been dropping mails to my.galaxy@samsung.com, support.india@samsung.com
support.estore@samsung.com
neetika.a@partner.samsung.com
sahani.n@partner.samsung.com.

In all my previous mails, I provided the following information regarding my pre booking along with screen shot of pre-book sms and invoice copy of S8 PLUS.

But until now there is no resolution and coupon code from samsung for free wireless charger on pre-booking S8 plus is not reflecting in my galaxy app.

Now, is this the kind of after service we deserve  from a brand like samsung.

If Samsung cannot fulfill it's promise, and with such a poor service your rivals like "Apple" will always have an edge in the market.

it is definitely very poor on samsung part. the gift is part of deal offered by samsung and should have been shipped with device. even if that didnt happen still customers shouldnt be force to go thru all this trouble and it shud be an easy process. a good product can only last a limited distance if not backed by good service. samsung goodwill is going for a toss for such a petty matter.

i have not faced this issue in general. i recd device on 6th and code on 8th and recd wireless charger on 18th. but i am seeing so many ppl going through this harassment.

on a seperate note - based on what i have read everywhere and seen around you shouldnt post your imei numbers out in open. some security thing. also how did u get such a deal on device at 59k?

looking forward to samsung making things right. customers getting harassed today are all premium paying customers and company is taking no efforts to maintain thr image.

i think its totally fault of samsung.... they should give free gifts or offer at the time of purchasing product.

Concerned Authorities 


As last date to redeem the coupon code for free wireless charger is 30 th May 2017, kindly come up with instant resolution now.


Since 2nd May 2017, I have been advised not to worry and assured many times for timely action from concerned authorities but as the redemption date is approaching closer, I request again to send the coupon code for free wireless charger promised by SAMSUNG.
