i have Gear S3 watch, it is one of the best watches in the market however i cannont connect my Polar H7 heart rate monitor to it and the built-in sensor id very in accurate during sport..
maybe check shealth friend devices tab if not available there request it they add it for you but the heart rate must be connected to your phone not your gear s3
