Galaxy S
I’m using the Galaxy S24 with One UI 8, and I really like the new Now Brief feature — it looks great and gives useful updates like weather, events, and greetings throughout the day.
However, I noticed something that could make it even better.
I’ve set my Modes and Routines according to my actual schedule — I sleep in the morning and work at night. The system correctly follows my routine, but Now Brief still shows “Good morning” when I’m going to sleep and “Good evening” when I’m starting work.
Since Now Brief uses AI, it should ideally detect and understand the user’s active mode or routine and adjust its greetings, events, and suggestions accordingly. For example, if my phone is in “Work Mode” at night, it should recognize that and display “Good evening” or relevant work-related info instead of assuming a typical daytime schedule.
It would be great if the AI behind Now Brief could learn from phone usage and integrate with Modes and Routines to make the experience more personalized and intelligent for users with non-traditional schedules.
Would love to see this improvement in future updates — it’ll make Now Brief feel truly “smart” and aligned with each user’s real lifestyle. 🙌
Thanks, Samsung, for always pushing innovation forward! 💙
