Line appearing while accessing the phone normally. No physical damage or rough usage. Weird, looks like bug introduced by samsung concisely. Not ethical

I updated the September security patch but its still there. Samsung is not providing any solutions

This is what they send me. Now whts my mistake. That i just downloaded the security patch that they send to download and after that what ever happens to your phone is your problem..

Note: Samsung has decided to consider line on display issue even if your warranty has expired and there is no physical or water damage.

* One-time free replacement of the OCTA assembly, battery, and Rework Kit on below mentioned specific models was valid till 30th September, 2024.

* Applicable models: Samsung Galaxy S21, S21+, S21 Ultra, S21FE 5G and S22Ultra model.

* This policy is only applicable for phones within 3 years from the date of purchase.

I visited the nearest service center and job sheet was created for the same after asking they said you have to pay 13000 INR for the display. As they said there is no sign of damage but samsung is not not providing screen replacement for S22+ at the moment. I asked why she told me to contact customer support. I asked is it because of my device is overseas she said no but as of now samsung is not providing replacement display for your device. I said you are sending software to us for update when that software spoils my device then you say its not at present under replacement.

See the samsungs hypocrisy and the way they make there customers suffer
