Phone goes dead when pressed power button

When I get a notification and press power button simultaneously the phone goes dead.

Please solve this issue for s20 fan edition

May be issue with power button. Or you can use the screen tap for wake up to check notifications.. No need to press power button

What do you mean by dead?
Pjone turned off?

If it is the case better consult with service centre.
