I have done it all and my free storage is 390GB, just a factory reset is left. But I am wondering why this phone is having such issues at all

Done factory reset. Still a lot of lag while playing FIFA, and after yesterday's update a new feature is unlocked.
Market flagship device and such blunders. #disappointed.
