People app running in background

Hi friends, I have noticed people app becoming active in the background. Phone is galaxy S23 UI 6 updated.

It can't be disabled or uninstalled.

I have no knowledge of what this app is about.

Anyone facing similar issue or having experience with people app please suggest me how to go about it.

Any help would be appreciated!!

Beta version has little bugs you must have waited till stable version!

Same with me just go to settings turn on developer settings and then search for running services then stop people

Yes i have to do this like 2 3 times then it gets stop so maybe you also have to do it 2 3 times

Yes bro it worked by going to developers options. I stopped it once.
Then I came to know contacts panel in edge panels was using it.
So I removed contacts from edge panels.
It didn't run in background after that 😁
