PDF on dual whatsapp messenger is not opening?

I have dual whatsapp messenger on my galaxy s20 plus, and Ist one is working properly while on 2nd messenger the PDF file is not opening. I have reinstalled the applications  but all in vain. Please have a look into the matter and provide early solutions. Thank you.

Take backup, Install Whatsapp business with the WhatsApp Dual Number and restore the Backup Data.
Later disable the Dual Whatsapp ! 🌟
