On my Samsung S24 Ultra, whenever I post a video on Instagram, I realized it changes colors. They feel completely washed out and bad quality. When I click the thumbnail to open the reel or video post, I can see it flash and change. My videos are really normal and they have excellent 4K quality. Can someone tell me if they have the same issues? Hopefully #samsung can fix this bug. Thanks.

Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:

1. Check Instagram Settings: Ensure that your Instagram app is up to date. Sometimes, updating the app to the latest version can resolve compatibility issues and improve performance.

2. Video Settings: Before posting a video on Instagram, make sure it meets the platform's recommended specifications. This includes resolution, aspect ratio, and file format. Instagram typically recommends using MP4 format with H.264 codec, a resolution of 1080p, and an aspect ratio of 16:9.

3. Device Settings: Review the camera and video settings on your Samsung S24 Ultra. Ensure that you're capturing videos in the appropriate resolution and format for Instagram. You may also want to experiment with different camera settings to see if it affects the quality of the videos.

4. Contact Instagram Support: If the issue persists, consider reaching out to Instagram support for further assistance. They may be able to provide insights or solutions specific to the platform's functionality.

5. Report the Issue: Use Instagram's built-in feedback or reporting feature to report the issue directly to the platform. This can help bring attention to the issue and potentially prompt a fix from Instagram's development team.
