Thanks for reaching out to the Samsung support communities! We're delighted to inform you that Samsung has officially launched Oreo update only for S8 and S8+ BETA users. Update would be launched for other users also as soon as possible. The notification of update will be available through FOTA i.e Menu> Settings> About Device> Software Update> Auto Update> Enable it.
Also, you can check for the Oreo update notification by using Smart Switch PC suite as well. You need to download the PC Suite from below link:

Note: Don’t disconnect your mobile phone from PC at the time of software installation.
