My phone keeps on crashing. It says touches willl be delayed or won't be recognized because it isn't optimized on the new android version. What can i do about this ? . When it crashes it refuses to take any command including powering off or restarting. I can't open or use the phone during this period . It all just stops and blurs down .
Contact Samsung by opening the Members app, go to Support on the bottom right corner and scroll untill you see Error Report. Click on it and follow the steps
