My device is also a UAE version, but its CSC was changed to Indian.

I believe you will also receive the beta update as it is in India. If you haven't received it, you might try changing your CSC using a PC. It only requires a few simple steps.

But changing the csc affects the warranty?

Changing CSC won't trip knox/warranty.

But Note that: If you're in India you won't get warranty for a device that brought from UAE (outside of India).
