Did the official rollout of one ui 7 stable version come out for s24?

It was supposed to happen yesterday

It said the rollout was suppose to happen on the 7th but they didn't mention it clearly that it was just for Korea other countries would receive it but would take some time but that's the problem they didn't mention the specific date as to when
