Update is taking too much time to be downloaded and now it has been stopped downloading, i have download it 2 times when it reaches 99% it says cannot be downloaded.

Do you have enough storage , is Ur phone overheating while the update is happening ?

Yes i have very enough storage, no its not overheating while updating

I download it only in 5 minutes i have strong wifi 100 mb per second speed you need a strong wifi for download it

My wifi is 500mb, the issue is not from the network, the issue from samsung itself but i found the solution finally and download it in less then 5 minutes.

same thing happened with me mine got stuck at 69 then said erro and couldn't download

Try clearing the cache of the Software Update app (Settings > Apps > Show system apps > Software Update > Storage > Clear cache), then restart your phone and try again. If it still fails, use Smart Switch on a PC to update.

Its not only me who face the same problem, alot of users and i have restarted my phone more then 3 times but the same problem

The same happened with my friend's phone.. stuck at 25 %. Now, customer care is telling us to use PC (smart switch)

Guys when you press on install update dont go out or press pause button untill the update is fully downloaded, thats how i download it.
