One ui 7 software download is stuck at 73% from the noon.

The downloading is stuck at 73% from the noon its neither downloading nor have an option to cancel and restart the download what to do now. And also its going back to the update page when am using other apps. 

Edit : download got auto restarted from 0% 3 times and finally downloaded🙌
