One ui 7 bug( Folder color can not be changed)

I can't find a option to change

 the folder color

How did you get the option to color icons?

It's not official as it should have been but i am using onepro dark icon pack from playstore. it's a paid app

You dumb it's already in dark theme as you can see in screenshot

Not helpful....this just opens the galaxy themes market place now
