Galaxy SYou are not in any loss if you didn't get one ui 7 beta. If you want to make content out of it then there is always option of side loading.
For other normal users, your phone is working fine. One UI 7 is not some 'major' bug fix but its an improvement.

Galaxy SThe update notification will appear within the Samsung Members app. Users should select the banner, enroll in the program, navigate to the device settings, and initiate a software update to install One UI 7 Beta. 🎈✅🚀
This initial release is limited to the S24 series; broader availability will follow in a couple of weeks. 📅🚀👍

● Kindly follow the below steps to register for the beta program:
Step 1. Become a beta tester: Download the Samsung Members application from the Galaxy Store or the Google Play Store. Log in to the application with your Samsung Account and select the "Registration for One UI Beta Program" in the home banner or notices page to register.
Step 2. Update the software:
