One ui 7 Update not received on s24 ultra

Hi can some one help me i have samsung s24 ultra model SM-S928B/DS its an international model and i am using this in India i have tried many times to check the one UI7 update even tried with smartswitch but no luck. Its still on one UI6.1 . Is this problem only with me? What should i try to get the stable OTA update . Or what is the reason i am not receiving the update.

Go to Samsung service they'll flash you with latest one ui 7 update

Same here even i am using the same model got from middle east and using it in india ...havent got one ui 7.0 update and am still on one ui 6.1

I have also not received the update and i dont have a clear idea on this that why i have still not received it and how to receive it
