One ui 5.1 on s21FE

The theming in one ui 5.1 has made notification icons on notification shade of same colour so we need a button to disable it because as of now its difficult to distinguish between notifications of different apps.

Also bring back the #theming on volume control menu.

Volume Panel one is known bug.

If found useful/on point then click on 3 dots and accept as solution.

Also no option to set color palette based on wallpaper right after I set wallpaper.

The above mentioned concerns have been sorted in the April 2023 update on s21FE..good job samsung.
