I just sideloaded the international version and everything is working fine including banking apps and Upis.

It's not available now in India 🇮🇳. But S24 series devices users will be get it soon. When It's available for eligible devices users will be get a Beta program banner on Samsung Members App, click on it and register yourself on it then go to setting and click on software updates and update your's device.
