It's been a while. One UI 8 just popped up for me on my s23 Ultra. Remind me, how do I do the clear cache partition thing? Secondly, do I do it before or after my software upgrade?

Clear cache is done after software update....all you need is a laptop and your cable...connect then switch off your phone Hold the power + volume button till the logo appears...it will direct you to the recovery mode....your the volume button to navigate the menu...press clear catch partition and then reboot your phone
