As per Samsung's schedule notification sent to all S21 should get one UI 7.0 in May 2025. Keep checking and be patient. You receiving update is also carrier ie.,Jio,Airtel,VI,BSNL. dependent. Hence some get early and others a bit late.

You will get ONE UI 7 in a week, as they are constantly rolling out an update from past days for their flagship users, and ShAMeSUNG never says the exact date, so be patient
