So I want to get enroll in the beta program but I can't because the beta program is full. Is there any other way to get enrolled or any idea when the next beta programm is coming out ?

No Beta now for your's device. Always a stable version update is better than the Beta version update. So please don't bothered about this issue now. You will be get One UI 8.0 stable version update maybe in few days.
