One UI for S9/S9 users might go live on 11th or 12th of this month. The guessing is because Samsung launched One UI beta in US on 20th November for S9 and after a week's time i.e. on 27th November it went live for Note 9 in US. And after a week's time i.e. on 4th December it went live for Note 9 in India. Hence considering this time frame it may go live for S9/S9 users on 11th December. Just guessing. But a calculative guess based on the One UI releasing patterns.
