As said by Samsung Live Chat the update should have been rolled out today, but then date changed to 28 November. But today I had chat with them and was replied with that development for Indian region is taking time and they are trying to roll it out as soon as possible. Also now there is no exact date but it should happen soon and notification for the same will be provided in Notices Section of Members app.
