One UI Delay

I'm convinced Samsung is doing a social experiment on its users now.........this is unacceptable especially after delaying through update on months. Is it following in the steps of Blackberry not looking at the competition that they have and the fact that their users can simply move to those phones. This is no longer 2017 this is 2025 Samsung must step it's game up we love this company but this is very much unacceptable.
