The beta programme is already been rolled out as the one who signed it early has got updated for the beta programme. If you havent got beta update then yoir S24 will get a UI 7 stable update in first two weeks of April.

Yes the stable update is for the eligible devices and you dont have to sign up, just keep checking the updates..

One UI 7 Beta Program registration is closed for now. The official rollout of One UI 7 will start on April 7th.
