One UI 7

I just can't overstate how disappointed I am with Samsung attitude towards One UI 7 rollout. They think they own us and therefore can give us pathetic service. I am so tired on not getting any written communication from Samsung on when South Africa will get One UI 7. Seems like they don't care about this market. Maybe we are too small to worry about but be careful not to follow the route of Balck berry where they stopped caring what we want so we ditched them. As it stands now I will never purchase any other Samsung product. My next Smartwatch and phone and washer dryer and fridge and aircon will not be Samsung. I am in the market for all these products and will rather purchase LG.

But we are treated like the stepchild. Why do we always have to wait two weeks after release before we get security updates and now last in the queue for One UI.
