According to Samsung Newsroom South Africa, One UI 7 will be released from April 7th however I have reason to believe this to not be the case in South Africa:

April 7* – Rolling out in Europe, Indonesia, India, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Mexico, New Zealand, Algeria, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, UAE, and more! 

April 10* – Canada/USA

April 14* – Malaysia & Singapore

(* most likely)

Morocco, Egypt, Tunisia and Algeria, are all African countries, so there's reason to believe SA won't be so far off

Might be true but given the anticipation of the update, I doubt Samsung would release all to all these countries at the same time as it might be a challenge with their servers.
