Just give us the schedule so we don't have to check for the update as we are eagerly and patiently waiting for the already delayed update as compared to previous years.
7th April was the date for S24 series globally. Samsung India is running late, fine not a problem. But atleast give us a schedule as to specifically on what date will we get the updates.
You'll have been giving regular updates to the flagship since a few years and so we understand that this major update is delayed and were waiting patiently. But that does not mean we are not bothered about the software update. Atleast address the concern and release a schedule.
Members app is flooded with the users asking for the update. I am sure you'll must have noticed it how excited people are for the update. Kindly show us you still care.
With the speed with which Samsung has removed features from the phones every year, I thought software update would have been easier with less hardware and similar features for all phones be it flagship or not.
I hope the industry still remembers what happened to Nokia when it was the one and only market leader. And Samsung is not even the only leader. It shares the space with Apple. So stop annoying customers and start communicating. It does not take a lot for people to switch to other stuff these days.
Samsung mind is fully filled with S25 phone marketing and that is not selling as they expected. Reason is nothing new compare to S24 and 23 series. So it delaying to seed new os to it's old phones. If it gives New os then S25 goes towards flop side more. So this delay is intentional. The same situation is comes to S25 user too soon. They start entertaining New S 26 series. Same goes on in future. I bet.
