So the great news is SDC 2024 just announced that stable One UI 7 will be available with launch of new flagship next year
Till then only beta will be available that too before end of this year
This ends the whole purpose of buying a samsung flagship hoping that you'd be the 1st one to get a new stable update of android new version with google
Now no matter how much you pay
You'll have to wait for 3 4 months till the new flagship is in the market with a new android version and all the other companies giving android 15 to even their mid range phones and flagships will be stuck in old android version
No stable update for flagships
Officially done with samsung

Surely, but when google was testing beta in july samsung didn't do anything.
Now samsung is not even sure about public beta, only developers might get beta program.
Second thing, let's say they're delaying because of big update and started working on it from july then why is there no difference in one ui 7?
People got hands on experience of one ui 7 in sdc 2024
And only things that are new were animations and quick panel designs and icon design
No new features were available.
Popular source ice universe is saying on 4th of october that nothing about one ui 7 is final please make your suggestion of features you want
So it's clear that they were not doing anything from last 3 months and just started to work on it now
Otherwise some new features must have been there in the devices with hands on experience
They just want to make it a tradition of launching a new UI with new phone like apple so they can market software and hardware for new phone
Let's say they want to do it like apple to make more money
Then it's also to be considered that when apple announces a new IOS, they deliver it with new iphone and to old iphones within 3 months of announcement.
Google has announced android 15 in july and delivering it in october
But samsung will be the last one to deliver android 15 in whole market
Why can't they make one ui 7 based on android 15 basic features before and then with a new phone launch one ui7.1 with major upgrades
This is purely money minded approach
Not launching a public beta shows that they don't want others to even use one ui 7 experience before S25

If the project was started way before then what is shown in sdc2024 makes it a joke.
And here is a thing
In tech world it is a world cup that which phones are getting stable and bug free updates first
Maybe you tend to ignore these points but many people who pays premium for flagships are also tech enthusiast and wants new software and new features on their hands before market
What is the point of paying premium if companies like Vivo and Oppo and one plus will be giving even their mid range phones android 15 before samsung?
And since you're not able to see that what's wrong with giving an update 5 months late in this competitive market
This post is not meant for you

The whole point of the post was to why pay premium.
Another thing
Yes samsung has multiple mobiles but it has never launched new ui to all phones all together
I had A73 and new update came in January last year so there's no point in arguing that due to many devices it takes time.
Even this time samsung will take longer for mid range phones.
What's your take on people who spend 30k 40k on a new midrange in February 2024 and might get update in april 2025?
