After installing the One UI 7 update on S23, the vibration if someone answers or ends the call, is not working.
Can anyone help me on how to fix this problem? Or is anyone else also facing this issue?

This is a known issue in some One UI 7 updates—Samsung may have disabled or changed call vibration behavior.

🔥Quick Fix:

1. Go to Phone app > Settings.

2. Tap Call alerts and ringtone.

3. Make sure “Vibrate when call ends” and “Vibrate when answered” are turned ON.

If options are missing or not working:

Go to Settings > Accessibility > Interaction and dexterity > Vibration feedback and ensure it's ON.

If still broken, it's likely a bug in One UI 7. Wait for a patch, or report it via: Samsung Members app > Get help > Error reports.

To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon.
