Galaxy S20 FE 5G was launched with Android 10 pre-installed in it. At the time of its launch, there was a policy that entitled every phone launched until 2022/2023 to have only 3 OS upgrades. Hence, the S20 FE 5G is not entitled to receive Android 14. Check the image below for verification.
