Samsung One UI 6.1.1 update rolls out in India, Europe, and the US, bringing new features and improvements
• Samsung has begun releasing the One UI 6.1.1 update for its Galaxy 24 series devices in India, Europe, and the United States. The update includes various AI-powered features and enhancements, such as listening mode in the Interpreter, suggested replies, and a composer for Chat Assist, which were previously exclusive to the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6.
• The update also introduces new capabilities to Samsung Notes, including PDF Overlay Translation and improvements to Note Assist. Additionally, it includes the Sketch to Image feature, which allows users to add elements to existing images through rough drawings or sketches, similar to the 'Reimagine' feature found on Pixel phones.
• The update is approximately 3GB in size and can be downloaded by navigating to the Settings app, selecting Software, and then System updates. Samsung is also working on the One UI 7.0 update based on Android 15, which is expected to be released for flagship Samsung devices in the coming months.
