One UI 5- Bixby Routines

The Bixby Routines toggle is no longer there in the notification shade, instead we have a routine toggle. So when i have disabled a routine, I cannot enable it by switching the toggle off and on again.

Also, i cannot enable the routine without going into the Bixby routine settings and enabling it AFTER DISABLING IT.

My man, please read my post. I have no issues in accessing Bixby Routines. I just need a quick toggle to switch it off and on like on OneUi4. When I 'turn off' my fast charging routine at emergencies, i could before enable it, but now I have to go to settings, routine, disable the routine and then enable it.

Have you done something about it already, i doubt you would have done anything about this for OneUi 5.1
