I got a pop up in my Galaxy S10+ that new Software Update is available yesterday and downloaded it. But immediately after the download was completed a message popped up saying that it's not a valid firmware update downloaded and it cannot be used to update the OS for One UI 2 Beta with Android 10. I downloaded it today a few while ago but the result was same. It never happened in my previously owned Galaxy S7, S8 and S9. My device is registered with Samsung Member App still I cannot update the device which is really frustrating for me. Please help.....
