Galaxy SRestart your phone – A quick fix for minor issues.
Clear Cache – Go to Settings > Storage > Clear Cache.
Check for Updates – Go to Settings > Software Update.
Factory Reset – Settings > System > Reset > Factory Data Reset (back up first).
Safe Mode – Restart phone in Safe Mode to identify app issues (hold power, tap “Power off” > hold to enter Safe Mode).
Uninstall Problematic Apps – Remove any apps causing issues.
If none of this works, consider reinstalling the OS or visiting a professional.

Galaxy SIf you're familiar with using software like Odin (for Samsung) or ADB (Android Debug Bridge), you can reinstall the OS manually. Be cautious, as this could void your warranty or cause more issues if done improperly.
Use Recovery Mode
If your phone won’t boot properly, try booting into Recovery Mode and perform a wipe cache partition or factory reset. Each phone has a different method for entering recovery mode, but it's often done by holding down the volume up and power buttons simultaneously.

Galaxy SIf you have or any body else installed a custom rom or root the phone , this massage will appear.
Unfortunately, there is no solution because knox security has been disabled and you can't retrieve it . Even if you go to the service center , they will not help you .
But if you are sure there is nobody playing with your phone and opening the bootloader , you should go to the service center .
