OTA Updates not work

I  am unable to update my Samsung S21 ultra through OTA, it always says my phone is up to date but i am getting update notifications through Samsung Switch for Windows. Any suggestions to correct it....i have already tied hard reset

Bro try to update your phone through smart switch with the help of PC. Watch videos on YouTube about the topic.

Update your phone through Samsung Smart Switch PC as Samsung has already pushed another update to solve this problem.
