AFTER UPADTED IN 4.0 

BATTERY CHARGING SPEED GETTING SO MUCH SLOW AND BATTERY DRAINING SPEED IS GETTING SO MUCH FAST IN SAMSUNG GALAXY S10 PLUS

Its not YI .....its UI4.
Yes similar issues are being faced in S10 as well.

After major os update the device takes time to adapt with the new software so there will be some problems at first but after some time the device will adapt with one ui 4
