Galaxy S
Dear Samsung Team,
It’s becoming increasingly clear that Samsung is delaying the release of One UI 7.0 in certain regions, seemingly to maximize profits before rolling it out.
This has sparked widespread frustration among users in the Middle East, with many believing this delay is intentional.
The situation has now become a hot topic, and as a result, many loyal Samsung customers are reconsidering their commitment to the brand. Instead of upgrading to the Galaxy S25, a significant number of users are planning to switch to iPhone.
There is even growing talk of a consumer strike against Samsung in the region due to these practices.
If Samsung continues to prioritize short-term profits over customer satisfaction, it risks losing a large portion of its user base in the Middle East. We urge you to reconsider this approach and provide clear, transparent updates about the One UI 7.0 release.
Otherwise,
this growing frustration could severely impact Samsung’s reputation and sales. Looking forward to a prompt and honest response.
