Updates are rolling out but I think as Tumelo stated they will reach the latest flag ships first, older phones like the S23 will only receive it in Oct or November acccording to the release timeline.

Definitely, but I haven't heard anything about the older phones like the S22 and so forth. They probably will be cut off from this new OS update.
