The update came out long ago but I haven't received it I have an s22+ and also on my s21 fe I haven't received it whats going on samsung????

So I bought it in the country I live in which is Zimbabwe in which it's from a secondary shop not an official samsung shop but stores that sell phones

But on the box it says it was made in Vietnam

In both devices did you manually check software updates by tapping menu settings software update download and install?

It's been saying that since April

Your phones are rooted you will need to unroot it to receive software updates in the future. You will need a PC to start this process.

Your only option is to flash the updates using Odin. Unless you bought them from another country...

U can try to update it via smart switch
Just plug in your phone to your pc
Install the smart switch app on mobile and pc and open it it should have an update option

I dont know about rooted ones and how they work
