I use Samsung S24 Ultra in India .. I see many Indian Youtubers posting videos on One UI 7 beta user experience . As per news what I've heard S series will be receiving it first ... then Why I do not see any update notification for registration on Samsung Members app.

Oneui 7 Beta program Its not available for indian units yet. Youtubers either sideload or use unlocked device from countries like USA where beta program is already live.
Its expected to be launched in India today as pee various sources. You should see a banner on members app to register yourself in beta program once registered you will get the update for oneui7 beta.

They can download the package files and install in the devices. They are privileged once but as an individual fans we are not sir

It's not available now in India 🇮🇳. But S24 series devices will be get it soon. When it's available for eligible devices users will be get a Beta program banner on Samsung Members App, click on it and register yourself on it and go to setting and click on software update and update your's device.
