I'm unable to Enrol in One ui7 beta program due ro maximum reach. Is there any other way to enroll ?

No option to enroll.

You can either wait for the stable release, or sideload it yourself.

Yes, sideload the beta to your phone via adb.

Only do this if you are familiar with the process. If you do not want to take the risk, it is better to wait for stable update
